Bill Ross has over twenty-five years of planning experience in government and private consulting, and carries unique credentials in the area of comprehensive planning, land development regulation and infrastructure financing. Since the early 1970's, Mr. Ross has been involved in various aspects of the specialty as an urban planning consultant and previously as a government official.

Vice President

Denise Bonotto Abboud has been in private planning consulting since 1993, concentrating on land use, transportation, impact fee and land development issues. Ms. Abboud, Vice President of ROSS+associates brings special expertise related to community involvement programs, transportation and community planning. Emphasis has been on zoning and permitting, long range planning, land development regulation, infrastructure financing, project management and other planning implementation activities.
